INZENYR LLC ("we," "us," or "our") establishes this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information and data in the application "CoachBook" (the "App") that we provide.

2. Information We Collect
The App collects the following information.
(1) Account Information

- ▸Authentication identifier (User ID via Sign in with Apple or Google)
(2) Player Information (entered by the user)
- ▸Name, date of birth, dominant hand, team name, notes, profile photo
(3) Coaching Records
- ▸Practice logs (date, rating, focus tags, notes, voice memos)
- ▸Match records (opponent, tournament, scores, statistics)
- ▸Skill assessments and drill information
(4) Purchase Information
- ▸Subscription status and plan type
- ▸Payments are processed by the App Store (Apple); we do not collect payment details such as credit card numbers.
The App does not perform tracking for advertising purposes and does not automatically collect usage or diagnostic data through any third-party analytics or crash-reporting tools.
3. Purposes of Use
We use the collected information for the following purposes.
- ▸Providing the App's features (storing, displaying, and analyzing records; generating player cards and reports)
- ▸User authentication and account management
- ▸Providing and managing subscriptions
- ▸Responding to inquiries
- ▸Preventing misuse and complying with laws
4. Player Information and Minors
Player information in the App is entered by the user (coach) about players (third parties) whom they coach.
- ▸The user is responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from the player, and from the player's guardian if the player is a minor, regarding the registration and handling of such information in the App.
- ▸We store and process such information based on the user's instructions.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties and Subcontractors
Except as required by law, we do not sell or disclose collected information to third parties without the individual's consent. We use the following external services to operate the App.
- ▸Supabase (hosting of database, authentication, and storage)
- ▸Apple (Sign in with Apple, in-app purchases)
- ▸Google (Sign in with Google)
6. Data Location and Retention
- ▸Location: Supabase Tokyo (Japan) region
- ▸Retention: We retain information while the user maintains an account. When an account is deleted, the data is deleted promptly. If the service is discontinued, data is retained for one year after discontinuation and then deleted.
7. Security Measures
We implement appropriate security measures, including encryption of communications and access controls, to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of the collected information.
8. User Rights
