(1) Information stored only on your device

• ▸Tariffs (billing units, rates, maximum charges, and so on): to calculate and store parking fees
• ▸Parking history (entry and exit times, final amount, car park name, and so on): to display your history
• ▸Parking location (latitude and longitude): to guide you back to your car in a map app when you leave
• ▸In principle the above is stored only on your device (and in the app's shared storage), and is not sent to our servers.
• ▸Location data is used solely to record your parking spot and provide map guidance (under the current specification it is not sent to our servers). You can change the permission at any time in your device settings.
• ▸The camera and photos are used solely to photograph and read fee signs.

(2) Cloud AI reading (when the paid Premium feature is used)

• ▸Only when you run “read with cloud AI for higher accuracy” under Premium (a paid subscription), the photographed fee-sign image is sent through our backend (a relay server) to Anthropic, PBC, our AI analysis service provider, and used to structure the tariff.
• ▸What is sent is the sign image and the minimum data required for analysis; it does not include information that directly identifies you, such as your name or contact details.
• ▸The image is used for tariff extraction, and we do not retain anything beyond the analysis result (the tariff) on an ongoing basis.
• ▸Handling by Anthropic is governed by its own policy (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy).

(3) Billing and subscriptions

• ▸Billing is processed through Apple's App Store (StoreKit); we never receive payment details such as credit card numbers.
• ▸To confirm eligibility for paid features, the signed transaction information issued by Apple is sent to our backend and used solely to verify that the subscription is genuine.

• ▸The name of the car park
• ▸The location of the car park (latitude and longitude)
• ▸The tariff (billing units, rates, maximum charges, and so on)

(2) Purposes of use

• ▸Building a database of car parks and fees, and improving its accuracy and coverage
• ▸Improving the App and related services, and providing new features

• ▸Communications are protected by encryption (HTTPS).
• ▸Secrets such as backend API keys are managed on the server side and are never included in the app.
• ▸We take the measures necessary for the safe management of the information we collect, including preventing leakage, loss, and damage.

• ▸Tariffs, parking history, and parking locations stored on your device can be erased from within the app (for example by swipe-to-delete) or by deleting the app.
• ▸If you wish to have information stored on our backend in future deleted, please contact us using the details in section 10.
