StoreRank Privacy Policy

INZENYR LLC (“we” or “us”) sets out below its Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describing how the iOS app “StoreRank” (the “App”) handles user information.

1. Company information

2. Overview

The App does not collect personal information. No account is required, and we do not obtain personally identifying information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.

3. Information stored on your device

To provide its features, the App stores the following only on your device. This data is never sent to our servers or any third party:

  • ▸Keywords you enter or search and the country/region you select (search history)
  • ▸Apps you add to your “watchlist” (app ID, name, and icon image URL)
  • ▸Snapshots of fetched rankings and app details (for history and charts)
  • ▸App settings (such as the selected country)

This data is removed when you delete (uninstall) the App, and you can also delete items individually within the App.

4. Network requests and third parties

To fetch rankings and app details, the App communicates with Apple's public APIs (the iTunes Search / Lookup API) and Apple's content delivery servers.

  • ▸Only information required for these features is sent — such as the search keyword, the target country/region, and app IDs. No personally identifying identifier is sent.
  • ▸These requests are made to Apple's servers; any information involved in the connection (such as your IP address) is handled under Apple's privacy policy.
  • ▸App icon images are fetched from Apple's servers and cached on your device to speed up display.

The App does not include any advertising or analytics SDKs.

5. Notifications

The App uses only local notifications (generated on your device). It does not use a push notification server and does not transmit personal information for notifications. You can change notification permission at any time in your device settings.

6. Tracking

The App does not track you. It does not present an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) request.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Security

Information stored on your device is protected by the standard iOS protection mechanisms.

9. About rankings

Rankings shown in the App are reference values based on Apple's public search results and may vary by time of day and personalization. We do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as needed. If we make material changes, we will announce them in the App or on our website. If we introduce advertising or analytics in the future, we will update this Policy beforehand. The Japanese text of this Policy is the authoritative version.
