INZENYR LLC ("we") provides the iOS game app "TapCircle" (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles user information.

The App does not collect personal information such as your name or email address. Your game records (highest level reached and settings) are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers.
2. Game Center
If you are signed in to Game Center, your highest-level score is submitted to Apple's Game Center for the leaderboard feature. Information handled through Game Center is governed by Apple's privacy policy. If you do not use Game Center, this feature does not operate.
3. Ads, Purchases, and Tracking
The App (version 1.0) does not display ads, offer in-app purchases, or perform any third-party analytics or tracking. We do not collect information to identify individual users.
4. Provision to Third Parties
Except as required by law, we do not provide user information to third parties.
5. Children
The App is suitable for users of all ages (rated 4+). We do not collect personal information from children.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy as the App adds features (for example, the future introduction of ads). Any significant changes will be announced on this page.
