MatchLog Privacy Policy

INZENYR LLC ("we," "us," or "our") establishes this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information and data in the application "MatchLog" (the "App") that we provide.

1. Operator Information

2. Information We Collect

The App collects the following information.

(1) Account Information

  • ▸Email address, display name
  • ▸Authentication identifier (email/password, or User ID via Sign in with Apple or Google)

(2) Profile Information

  • ▸Display name, date of birth (optional)

(3) Match Records (entered by the user)

  • ▸Match date and time, tournament name, round, opponent name, opponent impression
  • ▸Scores (sets, games, tiebreaks) and match result
  • ▸Reflection notes (good points, bad points, next challenges) and warmup checklist
  • ▸Per-opponent notes and input history (autocomplete for tournament and opponent names)

(4) Photos

  • ▸Match photos attached to a match (a paid-plan feature, up to 5 per match)
  • ▸Match photos are stored only on your device and are not sent to our servers (Supabase).

(5) Purchase Information

  • ▸Subscription status and plan type
  • ▸Payments are processed by the App Store (Apple); we do not collect payment details such as credit card numbers.

The App does not perform tracking for advertising purposes and does not automatically collect usage or diagnostic data through any third-party analytics or crash-reporting tools.

3. Purposes of Use

We use the collected information for the following purposes.

  • ▸Providing the App's features (storing, displaying, and analyzing records; generating and exporting reports)
  • ▸User authentication and account management
  • ▸Providing and managing subscriptions
  • ▸Responding to inquiries
  • ▸Preventing misuse and complying with laws

4. Opponent Information and Minors

In the App, the user enters and records information about opponents (third parties), such as names, impressions, and notes.

  • ▸The user is responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from the opponent, and from the opponent's guardian if the opponent is a minor, regarding the registration and handling of such information in the App.
  • ▸If the user is a minor, they may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • ▸We store and process such information based on the user's instructions.

5. AI Suggestions (On-Device Processing)

The App may provide AI-generated suggestions based on your match records.

  • ▸This feature is processed on your device (Apple Intelligence); your match data is not sent to us or to any third-party AI service for this processing.
  • ▸Availability of this feature depends on your OS version and device capabilities.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties and Subcontractors

Except as required by law, we do not sell or disclose collected information to third parties without the individual's consent. We use the following external services to operate the App.

  • ▸Supabase (hosting of database and authentication)
  • ▸Apple (Sign in with Apple, in-app purchases)
  • ▸Google (Sign in with Google)

The App's report-sharing feature sends a report to a recipient you specify (such as a coach), by your own action, through your device's mail app or similar. We do not collect the contents of such transmissions.

7. Data Location and Retention

  • ▸Location: Supabase Sydney (Australia) region
  • ▸Retention: We retain information while the user maintains an account. When an account is deleted, the data is deleted promptly. If the service is discontinued, data is retained for one year after discontinuation and then deleted.

As described above, your information is stored on servers located overseas (Australia). By using the App, you consent to such transfer to and storage in that foreign country.

8. Security Measures

We implement appropriate security measures, including encryption of communications and access controls, to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of the collected information.

9. User Rights

  • ▸To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please contact us at the address below.
  • ▸To request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of retained personal data, please also contact us at the address below.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy as necessary. If we make material changes, we will notify users within the App or on our website.
